On the other hand, only 26 out of 141, or 18 percent in the placebo group (which did not receive Latisse) experienced similar results.
The group of patients treated with Latisse in the clinical study specifically experienced:

25 percent increase in the length of lashes (versus two percent for the placebo group)
106 percent increase in lash thickness or fullness (versus 12 percent for the placebo group)
18 percent increase in lash darkness (versus three percent for the placebo group)

Longevity of Latisse results can sometimes vary between patients depending on the thickness of the original eye lashes.
