No Waiting Room and Visits by Appointment
To comply with the norms of social distancing, we are not going to have a waiting room. We will keep a private room ready for you once you have made an appointment with us. Here are three simple steps to follow for your total safety when you visit us:
- Call us on your arrival so that we can confirm that your room is fully sanitized and ready.
- Wear a mask when you arrive at our office.
- Nobody should accompany you while you are at our office for your appointment.
Taking the Temperature for Your Safety
As part of our safety protocol, we will be taking the temperature of every visitor to our office. This will only increase your safety while you visit us at Motykie Med Spa. Our friendly and professional staff members will greet you and take your temperature.
We will ensure that the check-in process is quick and smooth, but we will respect the norms of social distancing for the sake of all our patients and staff. If any patient has an elevated temperature at the time of check-in, their appointment would not be proceeded with.
Additional Steps for Your Safety
Following your temperature check, we will request you to use hand sanitizer and make sure that you have put on a mask. Thereafter, one of our medical team members will guide you to your designated room where you will meet with your treatment provider.
Guidelines to Follow if You are Unwell
If you are feeling unwell, it is best to avoid making an appointment. Our staff with also assist you with rescheduling your appointment without charge, if you are feeling unwell or you believe you may have been exposed. We also encourage you to stay home if you have been sick in the past 15 days, have recently traveled, or have had a Covid-19 exposure.
Installation of New Air Purifiers
While we have always had air purifiers at Motykie Med Spa, we have now gone the extra mile to replace the old installations with new ones. With the new air purifiers at our office, you can be assured of completely clean and hygienic air throughout your visit at our office.
